This site sells digital, entertainment-oriented content. We aim to present package scope, pricing, and delivery timing clearly before purchase so you can decide before activating paid access.
1. Cases We May Review for Refund or Re-delivery
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- Technical non-delivery where paid access cannot be activated or restored within a reasonable support window.
- Unauthorized transactions, subject to payment-provider review, fraud checks, and available evidence.
2. Digital Content That Is Normally Non-Refundable
Once a paid reading has been delivered, started, or made available, or once a World Cup unlock has been activated, restored, or otherwise made accessible to your account or verified receipt email, the purchase is normally non-refundable.
- No refund for subjective dissatisfaction with tone, style, interpretation preference, or entertainment outcome.
- No refund after successful activation of digital unlock access.
- No refund where records show valid payment confirmation and delivery or restoration access.
3. EEA and UK Digital-Content Notice
If local consumer law gives you a right to cancel digital content, you may lose that right once you request immediate performance and the digital content or access is activated, where law permits. Our checkout and activation flow is intended for immediate digital delivery.
4. How to Request a Review
Contact support@chinesefortune.xyz within 7 days of the charge when possible. Include your receipt email, order ID, a short issue description, and any screenshot or error message that helps us investigate.
5. Chargebacks and Abuse
If a valid digital delivery or activation is later disputed through an unauthorized chargeback, we may provide order logs, activation records, and payment verification evidence to the payment provider. Repeated refund abuse, fraud, or manipulation can result in service suspension.
